Shipping Term
Orders usually dispatch from Belgium within one week. Shipping within Europe, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery from date of shipment. For deliveries outside the Eurozone 5-14 working days.
Payements SECURE PAYMENTS are through PayPal or Stribe (creditcard). When you pay with PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the seller, and you can pay using only your email address and password. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay through PayPal. You can use this method to pay with your credit or debit card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Packaging
The original artwork will be packed flat. No frame is included in the price unless explicitly stated with the product. We make sure all artwork is wrapped thoroughly and safe for shipping.
Postage
Postage is calculated prior to payment at the checkout and varies depending on the contents of your order and the destination of the delivery. Shipping will be executed with mostly as a registered mail + a tracking number will be provided. Belgium, The Netherlands 7€ - Rest of The World: 18€
Import Duties / Local Taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense. Tax in Belgium/Europe: 6% (all artworks are unique/one-of-a-kind)
Colors
Please keep in mind that the colors of artworks might differ from those on screen. We try to capture the colors precisely but any monitor is calibrated differently. The way the artwork leaves the studio is the way Isabelle Van Brussel intended it to be.
Original Drawings
Isabelle Van Brussel works often on reclaimed paper therefore bleaching and yellowing of the paper is part of the artistic process. Obviously all media used such as inks, watercolors, acrylics etc. are lightfast. Original artworks are unique pieces of art, signed, titled and dated on the verso.
Copyright
When you purchase an artwork, you become the owner of the physical piece. The copyright remains with Isabelle Van Brussel. You may not rework or reproduce the image without written consent of Isabelle Van Brussel.
Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the artwork in their original condition and packaging within 14 days. The buyer must assume the cost of the return postage. Please inform us before returning any items. Make sure to include contact information with the return and provide us with a tracking number. We will make a refund of eligible returns after receiving and checking the condition of the returned good. If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. We are NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. All shippings are insured.
